We have supported this mission for many years as they reach out to the homeless, addicts and others who have serious addiction issues. Daily meals are provided at the primary location. Individuals are required to first attend the Chapel Devotion time prior to eating. An eighteen month addiction program is available to help change their lifestyles and improve job skills. The Changing Life Center for Women is a separate facility where women can participate in a program to get off their addictions and learn how to live a productive life. They have great apartments for mothers with children, which allows the children to live with them and be provided with care while the mothers are attending classes. The Gospel Message is the basis of both the facilities and the foundation for the individuals to change their lifestyles. We funded the furnishing of four new apartments at the Phoenix Rescue Mission’s new women’s Changing Life Center as they were being opened at the downtown Phoenix facility and have funded two more apartment remodels since the opening.
