St. Bonaventure is a Mission school where children come to school and are provided two meals a day since that may be the only food they receive. Their families live on a Navajo Reservation many with substandard housing with no electricity or water. St. Bonaventure has two water trucks which make weekly runs to fill one 55 gallon water tank for each family. The main support we provide is for both the water ministry for water distribution on the reservation and for funds to obtain blankets in the winter since they need new blankets each year as the weather gets very cold.
